Provide Quotation
We summarize the conclusions from the project meeting and reconfirm system customization specifications, quotation, schedule, and other details with the client. Once both parties agree on the goals and items, we sign a confirmation form.

After signing the confirmation form and paying the deposit, the development team will proceed with system design.
First payment is required at this stage!
02｜Systems Design
Based on the initial planning, the development team designs various modules of the system, including reliability, scalability, and maintainability, to ensure long-term stable operation.

Design Phase
Understand client needs and goals, focusing on system, database, layout, security, and performance, including permissions management, data encryption, cache design, load balancing, and performance strategies.
Mid-development payment is required at this stage!

The development team will develop the system according to the design phase’s system models and specifications. This phase involves coding, database creation, user interface design, etc. Code testing will be performed to ensure correctness and reliability.

Testing and Acceptance

03｜System Launch
The system is formally launched after testing and adjustments. The deployment will be carried out according to the agreed-upon schedule, and users will be provided with training and operational support to ensure a smooth transition.

Deploy the developed system to the production environment, configure hardware and software settings, and ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems.
